Vegan Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats

Dessert for breakfast? Not quite, but this Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats is sure to still hit the spot! Made with Goldys Superseed Blueberry Cereal and blueberry chia jam, this delicious vegan breakfast is easy to prep, and jam-packed with antioxidants, protein and fiber!

 

Vegan, High Protein

 

Ingredients 

1/4 cup of Goldys Superseed Cereal Someone's Been Eating My Blueberries

1/3 Cup vanilla oat milk

1 Tablespoon blueberry chia jam 

1/3 Cup of fresh blueberries (plus more for garnish)

1 overnight oats jar

Cinnamon Sugar and granola for garnish (optional)

 

Directions

1. Add Goldys supersede cereal, blueberries, and oat milk to jar. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.

2. The next morning, mix in the blueberry jam. Top with granola, fresh blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
