It all began in 2013 when Jill went looking for a healthy snack for her gluten intolerant husband. Unable to find anything that was crunchy and tasty with few ingredients, she created a simple nutritious recipe and started baking it at home. Ron loved it and so did their friends. They encouraged her to go into business, so after a year of researching and perfecting she brought the cracker to market.
