Rochel and her husband David, are the creators of Wellbee’s. Rochel was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2000, after which she learnt about the SCD diet, which inspired her to create food options that would help reclaim her health. But what Rochel also realized, was that one did not have to be on the SCD diet to enjoy their healthful food products.

Super Fine Blanched Almond Flour – Almond flour is delicious, moist and super easy to use. When you’re baking with almond flour, the finer the grind, the better the end result. Our almond flour is blanched well and so fine, that you could possibly mistake it for powder. The flour is not treated with any sort of chemicals and are GMO-free, just so you get to bake seemingly soft, tasty and healthy products.
