Our range of Jovial gluten-free products were all made just so you don’t have to compromise on taste, quality or your health, because no one should have to.

Jovial, as the name suggests, creates products that make you feel happy when you eat gluten-free food. Jovial was founded by a couple named Rodolfo and Carla, who felt the need to create better gluten-free foods after they discovered their daughter was allergic to modern wheat. They were both professionals in organic industry and had a broad understanding of the farming culture and food. They were able to create high-quality gluten-free foods for their family and for everyone with sensitivities. Not only have they been able to create some great tasting gluten-free foods that are processed without allergens, but have also incorporated only the best certified organic ingredients.

With multiple food allergies and autoimmune disease in our own family, we know that choosing the right foods can heal. Achieving wellness is different for everyone, and we have great respect for those seeking to feel better and heal by choosing the right foods. Einkorn, a crop that was grown 10,000 years ago was something that caught Carla and Rodolfo’s attention. They realized how genetically pure, incredibly nutritious and flavorful the grain was and found a wheat their daughter could thrive with. Products curated by a couple wanting to go beyond organic, with a burning desire to create only the best, would have offered nothing less!
