Just Ingredients began nearly 15 years ago when founder Karalynne Call, a mom of six, started a deeply personal health journey and discovered the powerful connection between ingredients and overall well-being. As she learned how what we put in and on our bodies affects our mental, physical, and emotional well-being, she began sharing her story to help others feel less alone and more empowered in their own health choices.
What started as education grew into a mission. After struggling to find products she could truly trust, Karalynne decided to create her own. Just Ingredients was built on transparency, using carefully vetted, whole food ingredients and eliminating unnecessary fillers, artificial preservatives, and anything that did not serve a purpose.
