Konscious Kitchen began in 2019 in Canada, founded by Snehal and Neil. Snehal’s journey started in 2017 when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. It pushed her to explore clean, wholesome food. What began as recipe testing at home became a blog. Then came a YouTube channel and eventually a full fledged food brand.
From the start, the brand has held tight to its promise. Food should be both delicious and clean. They created a line of gluten free muffins, gluten free donuts, gluten-free snack bars, vegan fudge bars and gluten free protein bars. Ones that also satisfy gut-friendly, dairy-free, paleo, keto and vegan diets. Their protein bar vegan treats are designed to give you energy, taste and positivity.
Nutrition wise, Konscious Kitchen uses “MAD CLEAN INGREDIENTS”. Ingredients that are minimally processed, free from artificial colours or flavours, often free of common allergens and always gluten-free wherever possible. Think muffins and bars made without wheat flours, using alternative flours, natural sweeteners and good fats. They bake, not fry.
