Aptly named Madly Hadley had come from the mind of a plant based chef named Madelyn Hadley, who for the last 6 years had made coconut bacon for various clients while simultaneously working as a private chef and running her cooking classes. Making such a name for herself in the plant based culinary world, and after various people had tried her coconut bacon, questions like “where can I buy this?” started popping up left, right and center and chef Hadley realized that there was a high demand for the kinds of foods that she makes every day for her clients. She had continued to work tirelessly while earning her BS in Public Health from USDC, the University of San Diego, where she also became a teaching assistant for the Human Nutrition courses at said university, further growing into her passions for healthy cooking and nutrition! Thus, with all of her experience, she had eventually grown into her own brand of plant based cooking that she’s sharing with the masses called Madly Hadley!
