Rise & Puff started with a simple goal: create tortillas with the fresh texture and taste of homemade tortillas using a short, straightforward ingredient list. The tortillas are designed to finish cooking at home, puffing up in a hot pan or on a grill to create a soft, flaky texture that bends and folds easily.
The range includes gluten-free tortillas made with cassava and tapioca flour, alongside high-protein tortillas with 10g of protein and 2g of net carbohydrates per tortilla. Across the line, avocado oil replaces seed oils, while the tortillas are made without preservatives and designed to develop their signature fresh texture in about a minute.
