Sauz was born in 2023 when Troy Bonde and Winston Alfieri, two friends who grew up stirring pots (and stirring up flavour disasters too), got tired of bland jarred options. They asked: why can’t pasta sauce be exciting? Why does jarred tomato feel stuck in tradition? From that frustration, they set out to reinvent your sauce aisle.

Sauz sauces are all about bold flavor and clean ingredients. They are non-GMO, gluten-free, cooked in small batches, and made with premium ingredients. No strange fillers, no dullness. Each flavor brings something playful: the tangy kick of Hot Honey Marinara, the brightness of Summer Lemon Marinara, the herb-scented punch of Wild Rosemary, or the creamy kick of Calabrian Vodka.
