Painterland Sisters Organic Skyr Yogurt Plain, 150g

Painterland Sisters Plain Skyr is a thick, creamy Icelandic-style yogurt made with organic whole milk and live active cultures. With no fruit puree or added sugar, the plain variety has a clean, tangy dairy taste that works just as well in savoury recipes as it does in sweet dishes. Its simple ingredient list makes it a versatile organic skyr to keep on hand for cooking, breakfast and snacks.

Each 150g cup contains 18g of protein and 2g of fibre. Made with organic dairy and live active cultures, this high-protein yogurt is also lactose-free and gluten-free. The plain recipe leaves the taste unsweetened, so you can add fruit, honey, granola or other toppings to suit your preference, or use it as an ingredient in your own recipes.

Spoon Plain Skyr over fresh fruit and granola, stir it into overnight oats or use it as a creamy base for dips and sauces. It can also stand in for other dairy ingredients in dressings and recipes that benefit from a thick yogurt texture. The single-serve cup is convenient when you want plain organic yogurt with a substantial amount of protein.
