When the founders couldn’t find an option that delivered on both flavour and integrity, they decided to make their own. The result is bread made from certified organic ingredients, prepared with care and purpose.

At the heart of PACHA is buckwheat—a nutrient-dense, naturally gluten-free staple that plays an important role in regenerative agriculture.
