From the Manufacturer: All Perfect Bar products stay fresh for a week outside of the fridge and are still safe to consume, even if they become warm. Refrigeration is only required to maintain the perfect taste, texture, and shape for a longer period of time since we don’t use chemical preservatives or overly-processed ingredients. Simply refrigerate as soon as possible, until ready you’re to enjoy.
We store the bars refrigerated at Natura Market’s warehouse and ship them with ice packs only during summer months.

Please order at your discretion, as we’re unable to guarantee or refund melted items. A little condensation on wrappers is normal and your treats are safe to enjoy!
