We took our childhood favourite and made it better. We switched to almond flour, added sunflower seeds, vitamin E and many other superfoods to make our grain-free cheddar crackers. We left out all the GMOs, corn, gums and emulsifiers because our crackers are good on their own. We added some protein, eliminated the gluten and baked our gluten-free crackers to perfection.
