Mayo will freeze in transit if temps drop below freezing, and there is no way to completely protect liquid containing products from low temperatures. These will be perfectly safe to consume, but may separate like a regular salad dressing. While it's certainly not the intended Chosen Foods mayo experience, these just need to be re-blended.
