YUMI Blueberry Fiber + Protein Super Bars combine blueberry puree with dates, pea protein, and green lentil protein in a soft-baked snack. The fruit and vegetable blend also includes banana puree, purple carrot puree, dried apple, and a mix of produce such as kale, broccoli, spinach, carrots, and berries.
Each bar provides 5g of plant-based protein and 8g of fibre. The recipe contains no added sugar and includes added vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C, D3, K1, and B6, plus iron, zinc, and niacin. These bars are plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
