This product is kept frozen at our facility and is shipped in an insulated package with a gel pack (included in the price). It might not arrive frozen, however, it is completely safe in transit to your home this way. Pizza crusts MUST BE INSPECTED & FROZEN again upon arrival and until ready to use. Any damage claims will be accepted within 48 hours after delviery only.

Please note that because this product is shipped from frozen, to ensure the freshness and integrity of your order, we will ship packages containing this product only on these specific days:
