From the manufacturer: Since we don’t use any preservatives or processed ingredients, refrigeration is required to maintain the optimal freshness, consistency, texture, shape, and flavor. However, Mid-Day Squares can last for at least 5 days outside the fridge and actually taste better at room temperature!
We store the bars refrigerated at NM warehouse, but they are completely safe in transit to you without refrigeration! Please place them back in the fridge upon arrival if you like to keep them for longer. The bars are shipped with frozen gel ice packs during summer months.
