Why beef tallow? Vandy wanted to bring us back to a time when snacks were simple and ingredients were few. Before the time of seed oils & overly processed vegetable fats, the only thing we had to fry in WAS animal fats. And with a desire to return to something a little more oldschool, Vandy beef tallow fried potato crisps were born.
