Pretty Ugly

Over the years working in restaurants, Lysanne and Pierre-Olivier had seen their fair share of food wastage, and both sharing the same sentiments wanting to lessen the amount of food being wasted in Quebec, they decided to pool their knowledge and resources together to make a brand that did just that. They decided that their pioneer product would be salsa, why? Because everyone loves salsa! Using those “pretty ugly” vegetables and produce that were going to be disposed of solely because they looked misshapen, they’ve made three types of salsas varying in spice; mild, medium and spicy. Regardless of how spiced their sauces differ though, the one thing that’s constant is the usage of the upcycled ingredients in every jar!
