Back in the spring of 2009, soon to be founder of Maple 3, Stephane was walking on his land and tapping the maple trees to produce syrup. After a taxing day and running low on energy, he’d decided to indulge on a sip of the pure sap that was running out of the maple syrup and to his surprise and delight, he’d recovered quickly enough to feel some semblance of his energy return. Realizing that there was so much more potential in the sap of maple trees, Stephane set out on a mission for people around the globe to learn about all the benefits of maple water using the natural sap resource and thus came about Maple 3; the maple water company!
