Pokko is a rice and chickpea chip infused with spices from South Asia. It's a little taste of my childhood, but with a twist. Growing up, I always loved watching my mom make her version of Pokko—a rice and chickpea chip infused with spices from South Asia—all of the kids would end up tossing it back and forth, hand to hand, as it came piping hot off the stove—but it was all well worth it! It wasn't until 2019 that I started making my own variations of it. Fast-forward to 2021, becoming a new father was my inspiration to persevere and get Pokko finally off the ground. Now, we can all enjoy authentic flavours from where my parents were born in Chennai, India at home or on the go. I'm thrilled to be able to share with you this little taste of my childhood—with a twist! Your stomach will thank you later!
