Pascha Organic Vegan White Baking Chips, 200g

This is our new and improved organic, dairy-free, vegan white chocolate. It is made with organic rice milk solids, organic cocoa butter and organic unrefined cane sugar. Completely free of dairy, treenuts / peanuts, gluten, soy & GMOs!

The chocolate has the characteristics of a rich white chocolate, with flavor reflecting the natural organic cocoa butter and vanilla. We also use some organic tapioca and a touch of sea salt.

This new product has been tested in baking up to 375F, which, unlike our previous product, makes it quite suitable for many different usages.
