This is a natural baked product with minimal preservatives. Even though we will ship it with an ice pack (except for in the winter!), we can only guarantee safe delivery within the provinces of ON and QC because of its short shelf life. If you live outside of ON or QC and this item is part of your order, we will ship at your discretion understanding the short shelf life and that we would not be able to take any claims of affected quality due to transit times.

Once delivered, please retrieve your parcel immediately, and refrigerate the product ASAP! This delicious bread is good for 3-4 days out of the fridge & one more week refrigerated; it can also be safely frozen again and de-frosted for longer storage.

Please note that because this product is shipped from frozen, to ensure the freshness and integrity of your order, we will ship packages containing this product only on these specific days:

• Ontario (ON) and Quebec (QC): Shipping is available on all days except Friday.
• Rest of Canada: Shipping is available on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
