This mix makes soft and squishy hamburger buns to hold the biggest low carb/paleo or vegan sandwiiches you can make! No more hard and crumbly buns that you've tolerated until now. Just add water, apple cider vinegar, and eggs (or substitute)! Easy to shape (use an ice cream scoop) and quick to bake! Make some Hot Dog Buns while you're at it.

Only 3-4 net carbs per slice. No Dairy, Soy, Sugar, Yeast or extracted's what we call ""Starch Belly"" free!

For VEGAN Customers: ADD 3 tablespoons of ground chia or flax seeds to mix. Omit eggs and increase water by 1/2 cup.

This nutritional information is based on the Dry Mix Only. When adding eggs/egg whites and vinegar, the nutritional values change slightly. Finished breads from a single mix, such as 10 Hamburber Buns equals approx 5-7 net carbs per whole bun. A slice of Sandwich Bread equals approx 2-3 net carbs. The carbs in a Cinnamon Roll will vary more based upon the type of sweetener you use and the finished size you portion each roll.
