Due to unprecedented volume of online purchases your order shipping time might be longer than usual. However, we continue to further improve our processing times and, wherever possible, we are shipping your order with Fedex to reduce delivery times as well! Please refer to the daily updates below. We appreciate your patience!

Update on May 5, 2020: We are currently shipping orders placed on May 1-2.

Update on May 4, 2020: We are currently shipping orders placed on April 29-30.

Thousands of our parcels have been delayed at Canada Post sorting facilities, simply because they are following Health Canada guidelines. We are grateful to those 99.9% of customers who are being patient, supportive and understanding. We are all in this together and no one is special in this situation. We are doing our best to have all parcels delivered as soon as possible and continue shipping with FedEx wherever possible.

Update on May 1, 2020: We are catching up with the pending orders and will now be shipping orders placed on April 27-28. Please note that, as usual, orders containing pizza crusts and tortillas will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Update on April 30, 2020: We are currently shipping orders placed on April 25-26. We continue to further improve our processing times and, wherever possible, we are sending your order with Fedex to reduce delivery times as well!

Update on April 28, 2020: We are currently shipping orders placed on April 23d. We have partnered with FedEx to avoid delivery delays. FedEx will be delivering our parcels within 1-3 business days to major cities. Parcels going to rural areas and PO boxes will be delivered by Canada Post.

Update on April 9, 2020: We are currently shipping orders placed on April 4-5.

Important Message from Canada Post:  Delivery is going well across the country as we ensure the safety of our employees and the communities they serve. We are, however, experiencing some delays in some of our processing plants for parcels and we wanted you to be aware. Moncton, Montreal and Vancouver are currently experiencing up to 2 days delay. Toronto and Mississauga (Gateway) are currently experiencing up to 4 days delay. These are due to some temporary employee absences, higher volumes and our need to ensure that our employees are working safely by respecting physical distancing measures. We expect to make progress on the delays over the upcoming weekend. Processing of larger/heavier items continues to take more time to ensure our employees are practicing physical distancing.

Update on March 30, 2020: We are currently shipping orders received on March 26.

In light of the current unprecedented demand in online ordering and associated with it issues with supply, you may see that some of our popular products are out of stock. At Natura Market, we are trying our best to get these products replenished as soon as possible. We do not, unfortunately, have an ETA for all of them at the moment. Please sign up for a re-stock notification under the product and you will receive an email reminder once the product of your interest is available. We value your support, loyalty, and greatly appreciate your patience with this!

Update on March 24, 2020: Natura Market will remain open. Our team is working around the clock, however, orders are still shipping with a slight delay. Stock is being replenished often, but we may occasionally run out of a product. All surfaces are being sanitized twice a day, air at the warehouse is refreshed and circulated intensively.

March 13, 2020

To our Loyal Customers,

We want to take a moment and connect with our customers directly, as COVID-19 (also referred to as the coronavirus) continues to unfold. The health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees is our #1 priority right now. We have been carefully watching the updates on COVID-19, and adjusting our processes to respond to the situation.

In addition to our current strict food handling safety procedures, we wanted to share how we are tightening up cleanliness and safety for your orders.

Here are some of the precautionary steps we have taken:

  • We have had in-house meetings about the situation with all of our staff, emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene and cleanliness during this time.
  • Employees packing your orders are wearing disposable gloves and surgical masks at all times. All personnel and delivery drivers are being asked to wash their hands regularly (at least every 2 hours), as well as not touching their faces and keeping distance from each othere where possible.
  • Employees are to notify us immediately before returning to work if they are returning from out of country, no matter the length of time outside of Canada. Employees are being monitored carefully, and instructed not to come in to work should they have any symptoms, even mild, and seek out testing immediately.
  • We’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization of our warehouse, especially in highly trafficked / touched areas (door knobs, light switches, computers, lunch room area, etc.). Work stations in particular are being sanitized twice a day with rubbing alcohol and disinfectant wipes, with a key focus on highly-touched items (scanners, printers, tape dispensers, etc.)
  • We are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from the World Health Organization and other health authorities. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully as it unfolds, and adjust our processes accordingly.

During this time, due to the nature of our business, we have been experiencing significant increases in the number of orders placed. Due to this increase, there are possible delays. We are working hard to ship all orders as soon as possible.

We also wanted to take the time to thank you for your continued loyalty and support. Between our incredibly dedicated team working their hardest to get your orders out as quickly as possible, and our extremely loyal customers, we will continue to support each other and get through the situation one day at a time.

Stay safe!
