When I was a kid, my Bachan—a word you might say for Granny—used to make incredible meals with our umami-filled, teriyaki-ish sauce. Her recipe has been passed down and perfected over generations.

Today, my family and I are honoured to share our authentic Japanese Barbecue Sauce with you. We've dreamed of bringing this sauce to market since I was a kid. I'm proud to say that the Japanese Barbecue Sauce we finally brought to market in 2019 is a true and sound representation of the sauce that my family made during the holidays for so many years.
