We store OLIPOP refrigerated and recommend that you refrigerate it too as soon as you receive your order. It is found to taste best when refrigerated for at least 12-24 hours. However, OLIPOP can live outside of the fridge for a few days while in transit without any issue!

Due to differences in air pressure and temperature during air transit / travel, there is no way to completely protect liquid containing products from the risk of freezing.
