As a child, I grew up on classic snacks. Microwave popcorn was a daily ritual in my household. As I got older, I realized that there are a lot of unhealthy things in traditional microwave popcorn bags. Like chemicals and plastics. Microwaving your food with chemicals and plastics can’t be good for you, right? I knew there had to be a better way.
In 2010 when my son, Quinn was born, I knew it was time to do something. I couldn’t let my child eat these chemical filled snacks but didn’t want to deprive him either. A few months later, the company was up and running (out of my kitchen, of course).
From that kitchen in Massachusetts, to our current office in Boulder, CO the idea has remained the same: reimagining classic snacks by removing the unnecessary chemicals & artificial ingredients and being completely transparent about where every single ingredient comes from. Always.
Real. We never use anything artificial. Ever.
Sustainable. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint in everything from ingredient sourcing to production to packaging.
Transparent. Everyone deserves to know who they are buying from, and where their food comes from.
