We outsource our deliveries through third-party couriers, and because of this, we unfortunately, cannot accommodate exact delivery times. Once you receive your tracking information from your shipping confirmation, and the parcel gets closer to your location, you have the option to manage your delivery preferences! This would not guarantee an exact time and date; however, the courier can see about holding the parcel at a specific location if you are not able to receive the parcel.
We do also offer a pickup option! If you are within the GTA, just select Pickup at checkout, from 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday! And give our warehouse a few hours to prepare your order, and someone will email you to let you know it is ready.
