Why can't I see the current promotional discount I am trying to take advantage of when I check my cart?

Please ensure you have selected the correct type and quantity of product, and that it is in your cart; this will be outlined on the website and / or newsletter email received. Please ensure that if there is an applicable coupon code, it has been entered on the View Cart page. If you are selecting a Free Gift With Purchase, this will pop up to be selected on the View Cart page. Please also ensure the promotion is still active; most are available for a limited period of time only.
