EDEN Organic Black Soybeans are expertly prepared at our certified organic, kosher cannery in east central Indiana. They are washed, soaked overnight, and thoroughly cooked with a bit of kombu sea vegetable. You don't taste the kombu, but its natural glutamic acid softens and enhances the flavor of beans. All water that contacts EDEN beans for washing, soaking, and cooking is purified water.

Black Soybeans Glycine max are the best edible soybean. They offer all of the nourishment of yellow soybeans and then some, including the isoflavone nutrients genistein, daidzein, and glycetein (total 40 mg per serving). Soybeans are unique among beans because they provide naturally occurring unsaturated vegetable fat including essential fatty acids (EFAs). EDEN Organic Black Soybeans provide 3.5g polyunsaturated fat and 1.5g monounsaturated fat, with 360mg omega 3, 2210mg omega 6, and 1327 mg omega 9 EFAs per 1/2 cup serving.
