Sometimes order status gets updated ahead of the actual delivery. Please allow Canada Post or FedEx 3 business days to deliver the order. If you do not receive it by the end of day 3 please let us know and we will open an investigation with the delivery service.
Once we have information regarding your order, we will be contacting you right away. Please note that both Canada Post and FedEx will most likely attempt to contact you to confirm your package has not been received. Please respond to their inquiry as soon as possible so we could re-ship or refund the lost order.
Kindly note that in most cases missing orders are found and delivered to the recipient. We would not be able to refund or reship the order before the delivery service confirms that this order has been deemed lost.
