
Creamy Elote Dip
This creamy Mexican street corn dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser, combining sweet corn, zesty citrus, and rich, cheesy flavour in every bite. Quick to make and perfect for sharing, it’s best served with crunchy tortilla chips for an easy, flavour-packed snack.

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of whole kernel corn (or 4 cups of cooked sweet corn) - 341 ml sized cans
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon (or lime)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or parsley), chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1/3 cup cotija cheese (or feta), crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Masa Traditional Corn Tortilla Chips, to dip
Directions:
- To a bowl, combine all ingredients and toss together until well combined.
- Garnish with extra cotija cheese and paprika, and enjoy with Masa Traditional Corn Tortilla Chips.
