
Viral Dot Cake
Gluten-Free, Grain-free, Dairy-free
Servings: 12 muffins
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 box Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix - Vanilla Cupcake
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ bag Pure Food Naturally Coloured sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325F.
- Grease a small ramekin with oil and set aside.
- Bake the Simple Mills cupcake mix by whisking together eggs, water, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the dry baking mixture until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased ramekin and bake for 18-23 minutes.
- Let cool completely before topping with frosting.
- Place sprinkles in a shallow dish and dip the entire cake in sprinkles so they fully coat the frosting.
(with the remaining batter you can make more dot cakes in ramekins, or simply put batter in a muffin tray).
