INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 scoops Progressive® Grass-Fed Whey Protein - Vanilla
- 2 bananas, mashed
- Coconut oil to grease the pan
DIRECTIONS
- MIX BANANAS, EGGS, AND PROTEIN POWDER UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
- MELT THE COCONUT OIL IN A PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
- USING A 1/4 CUP MEASURE, POUR THE BATTER INTO THE PAN. THEY ARE READY TO FLIP WHEN BUBBLES START TO FORM ON THE TOP.
