
Easy Gluten-Free Pizza
Pizza night gets a wholesome upgrade with this easy Simple Mills gluten-free pizza. Made with almond flour crust and topped with your favourite sauce, cheese, and fresh basil, it’s a quick and satisfying homemade meal.

Servings: 2 people
Ingredients:
- 1 package Simple Mills Almond flour baking mix - pizza dough
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil + extra for forming
- 1/3 cup water + 2 tbsp extra
- Premade pizza sauce
- Cheese of choice
- Fresh basil, to top once the pizza has cooked
Directions:
- To make your crust, follow the instructions as indicated on the Simple Mills packaging.
- Once the pizza crust has baked, top with your favourite pizza sauce and cheese.
- Place the pizza back in the oven for about 15 minutes. Once it has cooked, top with fresh basil before serving.
