Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325F.

  2. Grease an 8 inch baking dish and set aside.

  3. In a medium sized bowl, whisk your eggs, water, oil, vanilla extract and Simple Mills Grain-Free Vanilla Almond Flour Baking Mix.

  4. Pour your batter into the baking dish, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Let the cake cool for 5 minutes, then break the cake into smaller pieces and toss into a large bowl.

  6. Add 7 tablespoons of frosting to the cake batter, and mix with a hand mixer until the dough sticks together and can form a ball.

  7. Roll the dough into balls (about 1.5-2 tbsp of dough) and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the fridge to set for about 1 hour.

  8. Remove from the fridge, then using your cake pop sticks, press on the sides of the cake pops to create pumpkin lines.

  9. Melt ¼ cup of your white chocolate wafers (either using the double boiler method or in the microwave).

  10. Add a small amount of melted chocolate to the end of your cake pop stick, then stick it into your cake pop. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours to ensure the cake pops are fully set.

  11. Melt the remainder of your chocolate and add orange food colouring. Add as many drops as you like to reach the desired orange colour of your preference.

  12. Remove the cake pops from the fridge and dip into the orange melted chocolate. Tap off any excess chocolate and place the cake pops upright on a stand to set.

  13. Add a chocolate chip to the top of your cake pops before placing in the fridge for at least 1 hour to fully set before enjoying.
