Vegan, High-Protein
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 scoop vegan protein powder of choice, vanilla flavoured
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1 bar Schär Gluten-Free Twin Bar Chocolate Wafer, cut into pieces
4-5 ice cubes
For serving
⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips
½ tbsp coconut oil
1 bar Schär Gluten-Free Twin Bar Chocolate Wafer
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. To achieve a more “ice cream” texture, place in freezer for 2-3 hours until more frozen.
2. Once frozen, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave on high for 30 second increments until fully melted.
3. Drizzle some melted chocolate around the sides of your glass of choice. Pour ½ of your shake mixture into your glass.
4. Cut your chocolate wafer bar in pieces, and add ½ of the chopped pieces on top of your shake.
5. Pour the remaining shake into your glass.
6. Top with remaining chopped wafer pieces and chocolate drizzle. Enjoy!
