
High-Protein Holiday Popcorn Bark
Sweet, salty, and perfectly festive! This Protein Popcorn Bark combines Khloud Protein Popcorn with melted chocolate, crushed candy canes, and sprinkles for a quick and easy holiday treat. Ready in minutes and packed with protein, it’s the perfect healthier sweet snack for the season.

Ingredients:
3 cups Khloud Protein Popcorn, sweet and salty flavour
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil, divided
3-4 small candy canes, crushed
Sprinkles, to top
Directions:
- In two small bowls, add the white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips to a separate bowl with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 20-25 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Line a small tray with parchment paper, then add the Khloud Protein Popcorn. Use your hands to evenly spread out the popcorn.
- Use a small spoon to drizzle the white and semi-sweet chocolate over the popcorn.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top, then top with sprinkles.
- Freeze for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
- Break popcorn into smaller chunks and enjoy.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
