High-Protein Holiday Popcorn Bark

Sweet, salty, and perfectly festive! This Protein Popcorn Bark combines Khloud Protein Popcorn with melted chocolate, crushed candy canes, and sprinkles for a quick and easy holiday treat. Ready in minutes and packed with protein, it’s the perfect healthier sweet snack for the season.

Servings: 3-4 people

 

Ingredients:

3 cups Khloud Protein Popcorn, sweet and salty flavour

1/3 cup white chocolate chips

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tsp coconut oil, divided

3-4 small candy canes, crushed

Sprinkles, to top

 

Directions:

  1. In two small bowls, add the white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips to a separate bowl with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 20-25 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted. 
  2. Line a small tray with parchment paper, then add the Khloud Protein Popcorn. Use your hands to evenly spread out the popcorn. 
  3. Use a small spoon to drizzle the white and semi-sweet chocolate over the popcorn. 
  4. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top, then top with sprinkles. 
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has set. 
  6. Break popcorn into smaller chunks and enjoy. 
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
