Vegan Mummy Marshmallow Bars
These Mummy Marshmallow Bars are frightfully fun and delicious! Made with Farm Girl Sugar-Free Cereal Honey Os, gooey marshmallows, and drizzled white chocolate “bandages,” these spooky-sweet treats are the perfect no-bake Halloween dessert.

Servings: 8 bars
Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegan butter
16 ounces of marshmallows
5 cups Farm Girl Sugar-Free Cereal Honey Os
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Googly eyes, to top
Directions:
1. Coat a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray/oil and set aside.
2. In a large pot, melt your butter.
3. Add in the marshmallows and stir constantly until marshmallows melt and do not burn. Remove from the heat immediately once fully melted.
4. Add in Farm Girl Sugar-Free Cereal Honey Os and stir until completely coated in marshmallows.
5. Pour mixture into a coated pan and press down into an even layer.
6. Place marshmallow treats in the fridge for a minimum of 20-30 minutes to set. Once set, cut into 8 bars with a sharp knife.
7. In a bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
8. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the marshmallow bars, then place two googly eyes on top of the melted chocolate.
9. Let it set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
