No Bake Cinnamon Roll Popcorn Bars

These no-bake peanut butter popcorn bars are a sweet and salty high-protein snack made with popcorn, chocolate, and honey. Easy, crunchy, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients: 

 

Directions: 

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. To a bowl, combine Khloud Protein Popcorn with peanut butter and honey. Mix until everything is well incorporated. 
  3. Evenly press down the popcorn mixture into the lined loaf pan and set aside. 
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments. 
  5. Pour over the popcorn mixture and spread out evenly. Top with flaky salt and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. 
  6. Remove from the freezer, cut into squares and enjoy!
