
No Bake Cinnamon Roll Popcorn Bars
These no-bake peanut butter popcorn bars are a sweet and salty high-protein snack made with popcorn, chocolate, and honey. Easy, crunchy, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Khloud Protein Popcorn, cinnamon roll flavour
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky salt, to top
Directions:
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- To a bowl, combine Khloud Protein Popcorn with peanut butter and honey. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Evenly press down the popcorn mixture into the lined loaf pan and set aside.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments.
- Pour over the popcorn mixture and spread out evenly. Top with flaky salt and place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from the freezer, cut into squares and enjoy!
