Overnight Protein Oats

INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 ½ cups almond milk, unsweetened
- ¼ cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup quick cook oats
- Dash of salt
- Dash of cinnamon
- Topping suggestions (optional): maple syrup, fresh fruit, chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together protein, almond milk, coconut milk, salt and cinnamon.
- Stir in oats until combined.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate oats overnight.
- Top with suggestions as desired.
