It's heating up outside, so take some time to chill with this creamy, salty-sweet cold brew recipe. Simply froth it up, pour it over ice, and enjoy. Bottoms up!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegan heavy cream (or coconut cream)
2 tbsp unsweetened milk of choice
1 tbsp Ironberry Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 generous pinch flaky sea salt
¾ cup (180 ml) cold brew

Directions:
   1. In a small bowl or carafe, add your milk of choice, heavy cream (or coconut cream), maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Use a handheld milk frother to whip everything for about 1 minute until thickened.
   2. Add ice (if desired) and pour cold brew overtop.
   3. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
