
Easy Chocolate Lava Cake
This quick and easy Chocolate Lava Cake comes together in minutes with a rich, gooey milk chocolate center. Perfect for date night, dinner parties, or when you need a warm chocolate dessert fast.

Cook time: 13-14 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground espresso
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp neutral oil (avocado oil)
- 1 square of a Tony Chocolonely Milk Chocolate Bar, placed in the middle of the lava cake batter
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons milk
- Powdered sugar, dusted on top
- Raspberries, blueberries or strawberries for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Grease two ramekins with oil and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, white sugar, ground espresso, baking powder and milk. Whisk until just combined.
- Pour batter into the ramekin until it reaches the middle, then add a square of a Tony Chocolonely Milk Chocolate Bar. Pour the other half of the batter on top and repeat for the other ramekin.
- Bake for about 13-14 minutes, until the top is set but the middle is still slightly gooey.
- Let the lava cakes cool for about 10-15 minutes, then flip upside down on a plate gently.
- Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and top with berries before enjoying.
