
Gluten-Free Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
This gluten-free garlic olive oil pasta is simple, comforting, and packed with flavour. Made with garlic, olive oil, and parsley, it’s an easy weeknight classic that never disappoints.
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Plant-Based
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 box Jovial gluten-free spaghetti
1/3 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup pasta water
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil, salt your water and cook one box of Jovial gluten-free spaghetti.
2. While the spaghetti cooks, add olive oil and finely chopped garlic to a medium-sized frying pan on low-medium heat. Toss garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
3. Add dried parsley and a bit of pepper (and optional chilli flakes) to the pan and stir together.
4. Remove pan from heat and add in pasta water and stir frequently until it thickens slightly.
5. Drain cooked pasta, toss it into the garlic olive oil mixture, and stir everything together.
6. Top with additional chilli flakes and cheese, serve and enjoy!
