The gluten-free pastries are stored frozen and will thaw in-transit and arrive ready to enjoy. We don't include ice packs, as the product can be out of the freezer for several days, which we use for shipping purposes. If you prefer to enjoy them later, simply re-freeze and enjoy by the best by date on the box. This information is also provided on the sticker on each box you receive.
