Yuzuco

Yuzuco

Yuzu has a way of stopping you in your tracks. The scent, the flavour, the complexity; it’s citrus, but elevated.

Yuzuco was founded by true yuzu lovers who wanted to share that experience with more people. Based in Los Angeles and working with farms across Japan, California, and beyond, they source fresh yuzu and preserve its signature flavour through a cold-pressed, heat-free process that captures the fruit in its purest form.

The result is bold, bright, and wildly versatile. Their cold-pressed yuzu juice is the centrepiece.  Tart, floral, and full of layered citrus complexity. but everything they make reflects the full beauty of the fruit. Dressings, cocktails, marinades, even sparkling water become something special with just a splash of yuzu juice.

This isn’t just citrus; it’s Yuzuco. Fruit first, thoughtfully made, and ready to transform whatever you’re cooking into something special with a Japanese citrus twist.

Some flavours feel like they’ve always been around. Others feel like a revelation. Yuzu is both.

Yuzuco was created by people who couldn’t get enough of the sharp, floral, unmistakable flavour of real Japanese yuzu citrus fruit. Not the flavouring. Not the extract. The real stuff,  straight from the fruit. Working directly with farms in Southern Japan, California, and other citrus-rich regions, they source premium yuzu and press it cold to preserve every bit of aroma and complexity without the home juice press.

That cold-pressed juice is where it all begins. No heat, no dilution, no additives. Just pure yuzu juice. Think of all the places you would use lemon or lime, and sub in yuzu juice for a citrus twist. Dressings, ceviche, cocktails, sauces, noodles, sparkling water, even desserts; everything gets better with a splash of yuzu citrus juice.

Real fruit harvested from small regenerative farms, with real juice and real flavour. Nothing fake, no fillers, only pure yuzu citrus fruit juice.

This is yuzu, reimagined and accessible for everyone. It’s time to begin cooking.
