The card is not going through due a discrepancy between your billing address and the address your bank has on file for this card. Please make sure you have the correct billing address, which is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Please note that you may see a pending amount on your card. It has not been charged twice. The transaction that happened is not an actual charge but a pre-authorization from a failed payment attempt due to incorrect billing address. This is out of our control, but don’t worry! It will automatically drop within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
