Ingredients: 3 ½ cups (410g) of King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour blend
- 1 ½ cups (341g) cool water
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp instant yeast
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp (28g) softened butter
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Knead the dough until smooth and bouncy.
- Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 15 mins. Shape the dough and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan. Cover the pan loosely with greased plastic wrap. Let the bread rise for 1.5-2hrs.
- Uncover the bread and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Allow it to cool, slice and enjoy!
