Traditional green poblano chili sauce that’s tangy with just a hint of tartness. Roasted poblano flavor and jalapeno heat blend with traditional herbs and savory spices like cilantro, cumin and garlic, creating the ideal verde sauce for enchiladas.
You will need: 8 tortillas, 226g shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, 1 pouch Simply Organic Enchilada Simmer Sauce
While preheating oven to 400 degrees, wrap 8 tortillas in foil and warm in oven for 5 minutes. Place 2 Tbsp. Monterrey Jack or Cheddar cheese in each tortilla, roll up and place seam-side down in baking dish. Cover with Simmer Sauce and sprinkle with additional cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake for 12 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with your favorite toppings.
